  Was waiting in the fish section for assistance for around 10 minutes, when nobody came to help I took it upon myself to get the aquatic plants and bag them myself, no one stopped me or asked if i needed assistance. When I got to the register the cashier lady had the audacity to tell me I needed to come get someone to grab them for me. Maybe you should have people on the floor considering its a pet store with hundreds of live animals that may need assistance at any time, not to mention I wasn't the only person in the fish section. Glad to see customer service is a top priority for these folks

  I brought my dog in here to go shopping when a woman’s French bull dog dashed from its Isle and pulled the child holding it and BIT MY DOG! Neither the owner nor that employee reacted. I had to pull this dog off not once BUT TWICE! it pulled the child again to come back and grab my dog! Neither the employee or owner stepped in at ALL! The employee had the gall to just say “oh yeah you can’t do that not every dog is friendly” YES THE DOG DASHING AND NIPPING AT MY DOG ISNT FRIENDLY! This store absolutely fails to protect its patrons and failed to follow standard procedure acting like nothing happened because it’s a small dog vs. a big dog. Facepalm!!! Where else are they skimping when it comes to our dogs!? The Salon!? The vet!?

  Petco as a whole is great but the vetco is questionable. The vet was Great just their fee policy is a bit off.
