I signed my dog up for a training class, made the commitment to attend, and arranged my schedule around it. At the last minute, the class was canceled because another participant could not make it. Since my dog and I were the only ones enrolled, it felt like our time simply did not matter. What hurts the most is that I cannot attend the rescheduled class, which means I am missing out on a class that I was looking forward to and had already planned for. It feels very unfair that my schedule and commitment were disregarded in order to accommodate someone else. To make matters worse, I tried calling for help and never received a callback. I ended up having to drive to the store in person just to get answers. The lack of communication and consideration was incredibly frustrating. As a paying customer, I expected better customer service and more respect for my time. Instead, I was left feeling ignored, disappointed, and like my business was not valued.
