  Aisles were confusing. I only wanted cat aisles for various things. Many items offered were not on the aisles - seemingly sold out. Not sure what that meant. I did get most of what I wanted. Price comparable to today's costs. Nice cashier. No payment complications. Plenty of customers.

  I have been going to this location for many years and have always had a good experience. However, during my most recent visit, I noticed that the availability of both dry and wet cat food was very limited. There were many premium brand options available, which I understand may offer good quality, but several well-known and more affordable brands were missing from the shelves. Unfortunately, because those options were not available, I had to leave and purchase them

  Great customer service, patiently explained to my autistic son all his questions and concerns! Thank you Petco employees for such great service! My son loved his dwarf hamster she's such a cutie! 💓🙏🏼

  We purchased a hamster and all of our supplies from Petco about a month and a half ago, and the in-store experience was actually great. The staff was helpful, and everything went smoothly at the time. Unfortunately, our hamster unexpectedly passed away after only a month and a half. She showed absolutely no signs of illness, so it was really surprising and upsetting for our family. I called the store to ask questions about hamster age and whether this is something that commonly happens. While the employee did provide some basic information, the overall interaction felt very lacking in empathy. There was no acknowledgment of the situation or any kind of apology, which was disappointing given that we had just lost a pet. I understand that small animals can have short lifespans, but I think a little more compassion and customer care in situations like this would go a long way.
