  Love love love this Vetco. Although Dr. Pagel is my favorite vet, Dr. Wilson is pretty awesome too. I have a pack of five dogs, used to be 6 :( When my dog, Maple, passed away, the staff mailed me a handwritten letter signed by all the staff. It had my husband and I in tears as she was my soul dog. Unfortunately, there was nothing anyone could do to save her. But in the time she was alive, I had full faith that she was in great hands. The vet also had a dog with Cushings Disease so she understood the complexities. I have a very difficult senior rescue dog, Bobby, that came to me traumatized. Not only does everyone treat him with love and care, but he even has a favorite vet tech, Lyna. I love seeing Melanie too! She always makes us feel comfortable. They're also the ONLY people that he will allow to trim his nails. I trust them not only with my pack, but I also bring some of the dogs I rescue here too.

  Very quick, staff was pretty professional, explained all things well. My cat felt very comfortable in the clean environment and exam rooms as well.

  It was my first time taking my dog to the vet, and they were absolutely wonderful! Very sweet and informative. I will definitely be taking him back!

  Very disappointing today’s experience. My appointment was canceled because another client was scheduled in my place apparently overlapping blaming the system error which has never happens before, with no consideration for my time or schedule. Customer service was rude Melanie , and the doctor Abigail was unprofessional, raising her voice, yelling during our conversation, and ultimately hanging up on me. No effort was made to offer alternatives, reschedule, or accommodate the situation. I expected much better communication and respect. I have spent a lot of money at this location and I was treated like my time and money specially my pet was not worthy of their curtsey. This is how you loose a long term faithful patient/ customer .

  The vets here at the Redlands Petco, took their time to check out and diagnose my 10 week old, syringe-fed kitty, Buddy. The vet technicians were all knowledgeable and gentle with my little fur-son. He has received his vaccines, Rabies shot and neutering here in the Redlands clinic. I’m very happy with his excellent care.
