Dealing with Alyssa A. who Was very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and a LIAR. U never ever said it take 2 -4 hours and because I'm asking u questions u call your manager to take my payment when I wasn't done talking to u and u just walk away, so I ask why are taking my payment when I have questions, it not my fault that u guys are behind on your schedule. I would have never checked my frenchie in if it was going to take 2-4 hours knowing I had to go to work myself make it make since. A professional wouldn't let me know when I checked her in that they would be high schedule. I will no longer be a customer @ Petco, I will be a Petsmart customer...

You have to hunt for the two or three shopping carts they do have in the parking lot. Makes it annoying when I buy something larger like boxes of canned food and cat litter.
