  We were buying a few items we needed for a new cat and we found everything we needed at Petco in a short amount of time. Shopping was easy and prices were reasonable.

  Very disappointed. I have submitted 2 review and called immediately after the way I was treated and the so call policy. This store is my go go but may change to using Pet smart instead. Very unhappy with the lack of response from the store or corporate regarding my complaint.

  I go to both of these stores. I prefer this one by far I said to one of their employees that sure would be nice. If the hilltop location explained it to me. These guys in women are very good at what they are at.

  I feel bad for the employees as there only seems to be one employee working the floor… I just stood at the cash register for like six minutes after ringing a bell…: Waiting for somebody to come ring me up for worms for my lizard…. The one employee was busy getting fish for other customers. I don’t blame the employee… But it’s a little ridiculous. I never even actually saw an employee… Nor did I get a I will be with you shortly or anything. Kind of sad
