Excellent. They took time to explain things and they listened to my concerns. They love my dog.

This use to be a nice place to bring my dogs. It is now become run down in appearance and quality of service has dropped. It took my calling several times over a two week period to get results I was told would take 3 to 5 days to receive only to find out my dog had lymphoma and time was of the essence. I was told I would receive a referral to an oncologist which I never received. The prescription they gave me was over 3 times more than what I paid for it at a local grocery store pharmacy. Fortunately the vent tech suggested I purchase on my own.

We stopped taking our two Maltipoos there some time ago due to inconsistent pricing and an incident where upon pickup one of our dogs had a gash on his nose, and no one could explain how it happened. Since then, we've been very happy with our new vet and boarding facility, Valley Animal Hospital off Riverside Ave. in Rialto.

I took my cat in on 4/10 because she wasn’t grooming herself and I was scheduled to travel on a plane with her 4/26. The Vet (Dr Green) barely looked at her mouth and said it was caused by stress because I have a 6m old. Two days ago I had to take her to the emergency room because she has a growth in her mouth that’s caused by an infection - that’s why she wasn’t grooming herself. I have a self feeder so I wasn’t sure if she wasn’t eaten normally until that day i took her to the ER because she didn’t move for the entire day and was lethargic. This vet, not the Dr, called me to apologize and offered me a less gross-tasting prescription for free to give my cat since I have to wrestle her to give her what the ER gave me. I couldn’t go earlier and got to the vet today, Friday, at 5:45pm and everyone was gone, even though they close at 6. And they are closed on the weekends so I’m stuck with the prescription I have if I still try to fly with her this Sunday. The ER visit cost me $966 and I lost my job a month ago. Now I don’t even get the free prescription because everyone dipped out early. And if I don’t fly with her, I’m stuck home alone for 3 weeks with a sick cat and a baby.
