- PMPatrick McLeroy6 days ago1.0The staff was extremely rude and showed no care for my cat. I took my cat in today to find out if she needs surgery. We decided to wait on the surgery. I wanted to ask questions about the invoice and their only response was call corporate about the price if you have questions. I said we are not moving forward with care here then the staff stormed out of the room, left the door wide open to which my cat tried to bolt out of, they didn’t say goodbye or tell me where/how to pay. I still had questions about the open wound they left on my cat so I had to catch her and get her in the crate then walk to the front desk, ask to speak to the doctor then they made me go back to the room they stormed out of to talk to the doctor to which their response about there staff was “she shouldn’t have done that”. It’s extremely clear this place only cares about making money and is not at all interested in the well being of your pets.
- CCClarissaMay 10, 20261.0I came here with my dog a while back due to a chest lump. They told me if I was “overly concerned” about my dog I could get a biopsy for it. I passed thinking they must be confident the lump isn’t an issue if they’re pushing against the biopsy like this. Four months later after the lump continues growing I find out I was correct and it was cancer. These incompetent vets are now unable to remove all the cancer as it’s grown for months since I originally took my dog in. I highly recommend against this place that’s so dismissive of pet concerns they end up being responsible for the deaths of pets.

Front desk person looked unkempt and looked like he just fell out of bed and came to work. Some of the vets there some out and tell you how everything went, this one didn't, which I didn't like.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
