  I really love Banfield in Poway. I love that they can keep all my pets straight and help me to make sure they get the preventative care they need with the wellness plans. I love that I can get vet care in other cities as well through their company.

  Banfield Pet Hospital in Poway is about a 40-minute drive, each way, from where I live. I come here because this is where Dr. Aisha Admani works. My fur-baby and I LOVE Dr. Admani! Dr. Admani used to be at a Banfield location close to my home, and she's been my fur-baby's primary doctor for several years. I think very highly of her; have enormous respect for her; and I value and appreciate her professionalism, approach to delivering veterinary care, and her medical opinions and recommendations. Dr. Admani is intelligent, highly experienced, thoughtful, thorough, diligent, patient, warm, personable, and empathetic, and she has excellent communication skills. She genuinely cares about the patient's health and well-being and is respectful to the patient and the patient's parent. Other clinical staff who I've met have also been wonderful to work with. Front desk staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. I also like that the pet hospital is clean and spacious and that it's located in a small shopping center where there is ample parking. If you're looking for a vet, I highly recommend Dr. Admani and the team at Banfield Poway.

  We have been going to Banfield for quite a while now, and I have asked few times to get us in the exam room with our dog since she is fidgety about other people touching her, unfortunately we are not given that chance so all the time you would here her yelp and all the time they are unable to fully get the necessary testing done. Even with giving her the trazadone prior to the appointment. Thankfully, with the new vet they have in, Dr. Admani, so far she would let us in a room and she would have her assistants do the necessary testing and couple times we saw her, she was able to get everything done and we have had smooth visit. I am hoping Dr. Admani continues to practice there at Banfield-Poway location and continues to let us be with our Phoenix while examining her. Thank you, Dr. Admani and staff!!!

  The staff was extremely rude and showed no care for my cat. I took my cat in today to find out if she needs surgery. We decided to wait on the surgery. I wanted to ask questions about the invoice and their only response was call corporate about the price if you have questions. I said we are not moving forward with care here then the staff stormed out of the room, left the door wide open to which my cat tried to bolt out of, they didn’t say goodbye or tell me where/how to pay. I still had questions about the open wound they left on my cat so I had to catch her and get her in the crate then walk to the front desk, ask to speak to the doctor then they made me go back to the room they stormed out of to talk to the doctor to which their response about there staff was “she shouldn’t have done that”. It’s extremely clear this place only cares about making money and is not at all interested in the well being of your pets.
