Porter Ranch was wonderful they saved two cases of dog food and when I got there the employee carried it to my car. Wish i could remember his name he was so friendly and accommodating. I think his name began with a C?

I shop regularly at this location cat litter and cat food. So when is was time to pay i ask for information about Vital Care Premier. My cashier tried to asked but he wasn't sure so reached out with Nicco who ignored him completely several times. And then finally when he answered he was rude and kept asking for what pet Well if he was willing to see the register he could notice the cat food and cat litter. To me a "$25 or $30 or I dont know answer or I think there's a yearly membership" is NOT an answer when im clearly interested to enroll. Need more staff who are prepared and well trained!

Both times I needed to buy cat litter and they could not be carried by hand. When I asked one of the staff regarding this they stated that they were sorry and no carts were available.
