  Could honestly give this place a 0 star. I went to this location for my dog’s annual vaccinations. Turns out their entire system was “down” and was only accepting cash. This caused a major inconvenience and staff were unorganized, didn’t even making an effort to contact IT. Everyone there had an appointment and were being pushed back at least 30-40 mins since they were doing everything manually/handwritten. The “veterinarian” there with yellow hair, turned down to see my pet because I had declined to some bs vaccine she recommended to give my dog because it gave them a serious reaction when I got it 2 years ago. Next thing she said was “if your dog had a previous reaction we can never provide future services”. Why? Oh wait because I can actually sue them for that. She was very unprofessional and wasted my time. Never going back to this location.

  Best experience at a vet ever, the Doctor and staff are so sweet, professional and understanding. Got a free exam coupon online as well as I bought medication for a stray that adopted us. They checked for tags and found none and gave us plenty information on vaccines and spayed services. Will definitely be back to this location, thank you!

  This location has limited inventory. The staff is helpful and friendly overall. One of the cashiers, a young male cashier could use some customer service training to polish his greeting and answer questions better. The item we purchased rang up higher than the price on the item, he stated it's supposed to be higher and asked if we still wanted the item. We replied that we want the price on the item, not what is in the computer. He corrected the price.

  I always have a wonderful experience whenever I come to this location at Petco. Staff is always friendly and helpful. One of the last times I was here, I was directed to a multivitamin which is helping my senior dog have more energy and help with his vision as well as with having less tarter on his teeth. 🦷 I even recommended it to a Nurse working at a Senior facility. I told her that it is really helping my dog have more energy.

  I am writing to file a serious complaint about my experience at one of your Petco stores today. I came to Petco to purchase my dogs’ prescription food, which I have been purchasing based on my veterinarian’s prescription. I have purchased this same food before using the prescription I had on file. However, today, the employee refused to sell me the food and informed me that my prescription had expired. I understand that Petco and its employees must follow company policies and prescription requirements. However, what is extremely upsetting is that I was never informed in advance that my prescription was about to expire or that I would suddenly be unable to purchase my dogs’ food. I did not receive any warning, notification, email, or text message telling me that I needed to renew the prescription before my next purchase. Both of my dogs have medical conditions and require prescription food. This is not simply a matter of preference or convenience. Their diet is an important part of managing their health. I explained the situation to the employee and respectfully asked if they could make an exception and allow me to purchase just one can so that I could get through tonight and have time to contact my veterinarian and renew the prescription. Today is a holiday, and I may not be able to reach my veterinarian until the next business day. Unfortunately, I felt that the employee showed no understanding or compassion regarding the urgency of my situation. Again, I understand that policies must be followed, but I am very disappointed that there was no attempt to help me find a temporary solution or escalate the situation to a manager. Petco should also be able to see my purchase history and verify that I have previously purchased this same prescription food for my dogs. Given their medical conditions and my history as a customer, I believe this situation should have been handled with more care, communication, and compassion. I am asking Petco to please investigate what happened and explain why I was not notified in advance that my prescription had expired. I also ask that you review how situations involving pets with medical dietary needs are handled, especially when a customer is suddenly left without food and their veterinarian is unavailable. If my dogs experience any health problems because I was unable to obtain the prescription food they require, I will have to consider all available options regarding Petco’s responsibility and the way this situation was handled. I would appreciate a prompt response and a serious investigation into this matter. Thank you
