  The groomers here are lazy and don’t want to do their job. I’ve been to Petco a 100 times for grooming and decided to try this one despite the bad reviews. I should have listened- they turned down my dog because they said his arthritis is severe. How would they know that? How would they even know that my dogs arthritis would get in the way of grooming which it wouldn’t?! Again, been to several other Petcos and never had this problem. Avoid them!!!

  I would recommend this place solely because their veterinarians are good with my dog; unfortunately, their assistants leave much to be desired. One assistant told me that I couldn't put my dog ​​on the floor for even a moment while I looked for his vaccination records—yet there was more than one dog walking around on the floor. The associate, Daisy, should be a little more courteous with customers; my dog ​​is not aggressive, and this wasn't the first time I had brought him to this place for his vaccinations

  Terrible customer service in the grooming the manager Allie lied and stated that I cursed someone out when I did not. I am assuming that the grooming technician, Kayla lied and told her this as well and Allie, the manager stated that she heard it through the door which she did not because those words never came out of my mouth while with my children. This is racism and terrible customer service in a nice pet store in my community of Porter Ranch. They are horrible and I would not send my dead dog here. This just occurred April 11,2026 at 3:00 pm
