PetCo/Vetco gets zero stars from me) But, your store policies suck!!!! I went to Pet Co to purchase Nexgard. Pet co does not sell Nextgard. I asked the manager to help me purchase it on line. She said she could not help!!! When I tried to purchase it on line, PetCo.com didn’t acknowledge Vetco as a vet. Since Vetco provides veterinary services in PetCo, PetCo should be of more help to customers!!!!!!
- MCMarisela CoronaAug 20, 20261.0I just left the Petco in Port Hueneme, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. I spent 20 minutes wandering the aisles trying to find a large kitty litter box, and not a single employee greeted me or asked if I needed help. Because of this, I left without the litter box I came in for. I did decide to purchase a clearance t-shirt, but the checkout experience was even worse. When I walked up to the register, there was another customer ahead of me. The cashier—whose name was Kimberly, according to my receipt, since she wasn't wearing a name badge—simply walked away from her without saying a word like 'I'll be right back.' When Kimberly finally returned a couple of minutes later, she finished with the first customer and then pretended to help me. She was busy on her cell phone the entire time, and when I asked her a couple of questions, she completely ignored them. She didn’t smile, didn’t say thank you, and didn’t say goodbye. If this is the level of in-store service we can expect, I don't know why anyone would bother shopping here instead of just buying what they need on Amazon."
