  Dr. O is kind and practical. The staff is helpful and supportive. I have taken my cats here for years and have never been disappointed.

  I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service. We have been bringing our pets to Diablo View for about 15 years. Unfortunately, the front desk experience has gone downhill, not sure if there is a change in ownership or management but we will be taking our pets to a place that shows more care and accountability. Kristin at the front desk is very rude and lacked any compassion, unacceptable considering she is a supervisor. I understand staffing issues happen, but that’s never an excuse to be disrespectful and not take accountability after repeatedly dropping the ball.

  I'm not one to leave reviews, but I was so disappointed in this vet after last Friday. My dog had been missing since Christmas. Miraculously, she found her own way home after 15 days. She was emaciated, covered in ticks, and had a bad limp. I brought her immediately to OUR vet. Yes, this was our vet. I carried her in and asked for help. I was coldly told that they couldn't help me. I was so confounded that I literally put my dog in the car and came back inside to make sure I was hearing them right. If I can't count on you in a time of need, why are you a vet? This place has forever lost my business, but I can tell you who earned it, VEG ER on Contra Costa. They took me right in, literally laid on the floor with me removing ticks for a 1.5 hours. We got X-rays and determined that our dog had a broken femur in multiple places. They took blood work and even connected me with a great surgeon (Maverick Veterinary in Concord) for her amputation. In some ways, I'm happy that this happened because it allowed me to find vets with more compassion and professionalism.

  I took my kitty with serious health issues to Diablo View a few years ago. I had to switch vets, and I found the perfect place! All the staff are kind, friendly, helpful, and great to deal with. The doctors are wonderful. The techs are too. And the people at the front desk are so pleasant and helpful. I feel I can trust everyone completely at Diablo View Veterinary Medical Hospital to give my cat the best possible care. They know how much I care about him, and it's apparent they care for him as well. I'm so glad I found Diablo View Veterinary Medical Hospital.

  Dr. Beebe is a very kind man. He is the only person my Jack Russell will allow to cut her toenails. He follows up on any feedback he gets from his human clients. I am 100% satisfied and give them 5 stars.
