  Wanted to purchase product but at online price, To do this was a huge inconvenience for myself and the people waiting in line behind me. I don’t understand why you have two tier pricing. From now on, I will stay away from the store and will purchase online and it won’t be through Petco.

  I am deeply disappointed by my recent visit. My prior appointment issues were completely ignored, and the actual service was entirely unacceptable and unsafe. I am a disabled individual using a mobility scooter. Despite there being plenty of room in the exam area, the staff refused to use the examination table for my small dog. Instead, the vet sat on the floor, and I was expected to get down on the floor to try and hold my dog myself. When this failed due to my physical limitations, The two staff members crowded her on the floor. This aggressive, improper handling terrified my dog, causing her to snap in self-defense. Furthermore, the staff completely ignored my dog's medical boundaries. My dog has been severely ill from over-vaccination in the past, yet they continuously pushed unnecessary shots just to hit corporate sales goals. They made absolutely no remarks about her actual physical condition, completely ignoring the fact that she is clean, well-groomed, and free of fleas. Vetco showed a complete lack of professionalism, proper veterinary handling standards, and basic accommodation for disabled clients. Because of this and our prior issues continue to be completely ignored, our family is seriously reconsidering whether this clinic is a safe or appropriate fit for our pet's needs.
