  My experience at Perris Animal hospital has always been a stress free visit with my past pups since 2004 and current Great Pyrenees pups born November 21st. Their first visit at 9 weeks. Dr. Sharp is not only caring for animals truly has their health and longevity living life to their fullest. The office staff helped me set up my appointments in my pup pet passport and up to date on all vaccines and rabies finished in March. Visit yesterday was a success having only myself to take in my Apollo now 88 lbs and Venus 70 were met, all concerns and questions answered. Thanks for the great health check up. See you in 3 months you all rock

  Worst since Dr. Runde Retired in December the place has gone terribly wrong. They fired all the receptionist who were great ladies.The new veterinarian did not know that my Belgian Mal was a herding dog. and when they switched over veterinaries they lost all my dogs PaperWorks for five years. anyhow, we got a new Vet. Manager was not the greatest either

  Doctor Nathan Sharp is the best vet! They are open seven days a week. They are great with all animals and treat them very well.

  We had an amazing experience on a Sunday with an emergency euthanasia for our super senior dog. The staff was accommodating, and Dr Sharp was so kind and humane. Definitely recommend for all your pet needs and it's amazing to be open 7 days a week.

  Clinic does not see your pet as a patient, rather a number closer to pay off over a million dollar in student loan debt (as veterinarian Nathan Sharp mentioned the amount to us during a visit). Since being under new management, every experience we have had has been abysmal. From waiting in the parking lot 30 minutes just to be seen, to waiting an additional 30 minutes in the lobby simply to pay for the services performed by the clinic. None of these issues were ever had under the previous owner, Dr. Runde in the 3 years we had been taking our pups with him. The current receptionist was extremely unprofessional during my last visit by making negative comments and rolling his eyes towards fellow staff members in front of me. I can sit here and type a multiple page breakdown on specifically our last visit where our senior pup who was dropped off at 8AM on Sunday 5/23/26 for a dental cleaning had not gotten their surgery by 5PM. At that point, I drove to the clinic and picked up our pup as she had been left with no food or water for 17 hours by that point. This is complete negligence and lack of transparency and hope nobody else goes through what we went through. That was the last straw for us and will never return to this clinic. I want to inform the community to proceed with caution on taking your pets here and strongly advise anyone considering this location to look elsewhere due to the staff’s lack of professionalism, transparency, and competency in treating the pets. Unfortunately, Nathan Sharp does appear to be a good veterinarian, however the way his clinic is ran by the vet technicians, receptionist, and “office manager” Collin Sharp is the reason we will never take our pets to this clinic again and want to make sure our community is aware.
