  Dirty,rude staff,Vet- questionable They'll try to throw a dental plan & surgery at you to tackle on more $ .. They'll claim that your pet needs that because it's better for their health!! Then, come up with all kinds of hidden fees..Shady place.. All you gotta do is read more comments.. I wish I would have before taking my dog there.. Dont put DOWN PAYMENTS!! They took out more $ than they were supposed to.. PLEASE BEWARE..SHADY PLACE

  Muy mala experiencia, ya que llegamos bastante anticipadamente a nuestra consulta para vacunas y no respetaron nuestra cita, la recepcionista nada amable y no quiso que pasáramos antes de la cita y cuando era la hora de esta, nos dijeron que había dos delante de nosotros. Muy mala atención. Atendieron a otros antes de nosotros.

  I'm 61 years old and have had animals my whole life the Paris Animal Hospital on 4th Street is without a doubt the most caring most professional loving place I have ever taken an animal to I would highly recommend them to anybody I have never been to a better place in my life this is one of the greatest experiences during such a hard time and I want to personally think the whole staff for being so kind loving and caring

  The most amazing and kind vets we came here after a bad experience at another local vet and were blown away by the care and time they take to make you and your animal feel loved seen and heard They took exceptional care of my Raegan girl They listened to all of my concerns and addressed them They got us in quickly and got us. Seen quickly Please support this business if you need a vet He even sat on the floor with my dog the entire visit I can't express how grateful I am ❤️ we found our new home

  To say that this place is even professional at the minimum standards is being polite. On Sunday, I had to rush my dog to the vet where I waited (which is ok I understand it is a walk in ) BUT the vet Dr Sharp was a total jackhole. My dog had an eye infection and he talked down to me like I was ignorant. He DID not provide a price break down for a surgery He wanted to do on my dog, yet he quoted me "$1200.00 and that is a rough estimate" he was also so nice to say "No guarantees that your dog will make it out of surgery". I did explain that I was recently laid off and I adopted her from the humane society over a year ago and he said "why don't you take the dog back"-so thank you Dr Sharp for the narcissistic unprofessional gaslighting. $185.00 just to be gaslighted by a man who has no shred of empathy or professionalism and didn't do a stain test on my dog's eye which should have been the FIRST test to be ordered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS MAN. Dr Sharp obnoxiously mentioned "we are struggling here too and barely making payroll". Dr Sharp-I may not have gone to Vet school but I know this... your overhead for your clinic. IS NOT MY PROBLEM. Govern yourself accordingly. Perris Animal Hospital.. DO NOT CALL ME. I received an call from Dr Sharp at 7:02pm asking for me to call him and schedule a recheck for Puff. NO. I asked you and your staff on Sunday “do you want to see Puff to follow up” and your answer was “no”. Now after my post you want to do a follow up? NO. I will take my business elsewhere but do not call me again!
