  I would like to say this hospital is the best in PERRIS! Prices are responsible. They take walk-ins all day and they now see everything and anything and there is no clinic that would do that now a days. Elias the receptionist is just a saint! He manages reception on his own and does a wonderful job at it. He is kind and respectful and very knowledgeable. Dr. Sharp is just the best and actually cares about the animals. America is just a doll. Best part is, they see exotics too. Will definitely be brining in my pets with them moving forward.

  Sadly, Dr. Runde is no longer there. The service has become very poor. I have been taking my dogs there for 8 years and never had a problem. I bring my dog in for vaccines and they bring him back out and say we do not have any bordatello. I can come back in 2 weeks or get it myself at Dans Feed. I bring 2 more dogs in for vaccines a month later. After a hour wait they take 1 back and then come back and say we only have some of the 4 way vaccine. We can do that now and you can come back in 2 weeks for the rest. I ask if you know you don't have the vaccines why did you not call me. I take my dogs and leave knowing I have another appointment in 2 days and they will not have the vaccines by then. They send me a text to confirm appointment, I do not confirm. I get a call an hour before my appointment from a rude receptionist he states that they have to cancel my appointment because the Dr. has an emergency. I explain that doesn't matter if my appointment is for vaccines and you don't have them. Why are you allowing clients to show up for vaccines if you don't have them ? He states Dr. has emergency and my appointment is cancelled and hung up. Perris Animal Hospital used to be very very good. Do yourself a favor and find another vet if you can. Why go somewhere for bad service that is rude and doesn't have what your pet needs. Obviously very inexperienced! Chris

  They are under new ownership. Dr Dendro is an awesome guy. He is taking care of two of my kitties for us. He takes time to listen to our concerns and what treatment is best. I am really happy with his team. All so courteous. Highly recommend Perris Animal Hospital!

  I want to start by saying everyone is super nice and respectful that works here. I called a couple days ago to get a quote on getting my frenchie fixed, I got a quote and made an appointment. When we went in for the appointment, the original quote we got was not what we saw on the paper. I explained that to them and they immediately changed it and profusely apologized. I left her there at 9 in the morning, and she was not done until 8 at night. My only complaint about this place is the no communication… my $8k dollar dog was there all day and I had to call a couple times just to even get an update on anything. They explained that they wanted to save her for last because her surgery was going to be the most complicated… which I understand that completely, I just wish someone would have told me that so she wouldn’t have been left there all day. They kept saying how sweet she was and it sounds like they didn’t just leave her in a cage all day, they let her hang out because of how sweet she is. The vet did a great job and took his time making sure the surgery was done right. Him and my dad talked for a while after my dogs surgery was done and he was a super nice guy. Thank you Perris Animal Hospital for keeping my baby safe, making her a priority, and taking your time to make sure it was done right! The picture is her recovering in the sun this morning.
