  The Petco in Paso was the best we have ever been to. The lady that helped us was so kind to our dogs. Even being calm and slow with my more bratty girl. 10/10! I wish I lived closer to visit more often.

  I have been taking my St. Bernard sugarplum to the groomer there . And not once did they tell me I was doing anything wrong. Her appt is usually around 2:15 and I drop her off around 1:45 - 2 sometimes I’ve been later too but I always have called when I was coming later . I spend about $ 150 - $200 on her which is more than I spend on myself and have a standing appt every 6 weeks . I always tip 20% and have been know to give larger tips during Christmas . This is not complaint at all about my groomer She does a great job . But the mgr came up to me after I paid and said “I’m going to have to have a difficult conversation with you . Because you bring your dog in so early and pick your dog up late and have done it several times we are going to have to refer you out “ I didn’t even tell him that I wasn’t told other than today that it was a problem because I was shocked at the price of over $200 for a groom . Well you just lost a customer not only for grooming but also for food and toys . Next time you should give the customer warning that they are doing something wrong rather than to tell them you don’t want their business anymore. Giving my business to Lemos …

  Very poor customer service, I kept asking for help with a fish tank light and just ended up buying a light which was t the problem, I didn’t want to go back so I ordered a new light housing off of amazon
