  Extremely disappointed !!! I went to Purchase a medium size frozen rat in Paso Robles Theater Drive store. the frozen Rat must’ve been defrosted somewhere along the line. It was a total disgusting mess when I defrosted it to feed my snake it made a huge mess when I picked it up with the tongs and tried to present it to my snake.! I had to clean up the entire snake habitat ! and dispose of the rotting corpse!!. called the store the day after to find out about receiving a better specimen, and because I did not take a receipt, they said they can do nothing for me on receiving another rat. I’m sure there are other rats and frozen specimens that must’ve been defrosted somewhere along the delivery and rotted out and they got refrozen. I will not be returning to the store to purchase Anything in in the future. I will go elsewhere for my future since Needs ! Since they will not take care of the problem and it cost me a big hassle, dealing with the Rotten specimen. Very disappointed, lost a customer and I hope other people read this review. i’m also guessing there’ll be other Spoiled frozen rats to be had. Sean Walker Cambria, California

  Terrible service, especially with the dog groomer, I only called to find out status of my pet and was told she was busy caring for 7 other dogs and for me to be patient. And she did NOT say this kindly. I thought I should help her out by coming and getting my dog so she could care for the others. She sounded angry and I would not want to allow my dog or any dog to be taken care of by her in the angry mind that she had. I don't recommend taking your dog or cat to this groomer for the simple reason they seem very unorganized and really rude when they are under pressure.

  The Petco in Paso was the best we have ever been to. The lady that helped us was so kind to our dogs. Even being calm and slow with my more bratty girl. 10/10! I wish I lived closer to visit more often.

  I have been taking my St. Bernard sugarplum to the groomer there . And not once did they tell me I was doing anything wrong. Her appt is usually around 2:15 and I drop her off around 1:45 - 2 sometimes I’ve been later too but I always have called when I was coming later . I spend about $ 150 - $200 on her which is more than I spend on myself and have a standing appt every 6 weeks . I always tip 20% and have been know to give larger tips during Christmas . This is not complaint at all about my groomer She does a great job . But the mgr came up to me after I paid and said “I’m going to have to have a difficult conversation with you . Because you bring your dog in so early and pick your dog up late and have done it several times we are going to have to refer you out “ I didn’t even tell him that I wasn’t told other than today that it was a problem because I was shocked at the price of over $200 for a groom . Well you just lost a customer not only for grooming but also for food and toys . Next time you should give the customer warning that they are doing something wrong rather than to tell them you don’t want their business anymore. Giving my business to Lemos …
