Giving one star because my visit today was awful. The vet was okay, but honestly the technician made me really uncomfortable. She kept telling me that my kitten’s OTC flea prevention was basically useless and that I should buy theirs, but then said it was “up to me.” I asked if it wouldn’t be bad for him as he could overdose and she just kept saying Advantage XD was pretty much ineffective even though another vet had told me it was bad to give him double the amount of medicine in one month. She tried to confirm with me about giving him his booster and a dewormer, I had to tell her my kitten had already had a dewormer last month which was in his info from his previous appointment.
I also didn’t get to see him receive his booster. The technician told me to go pay, and she waited until I left the room to give him the shot. I didn’t ask to go back in because honestly, I was already uncomfortable with the whole situation. I brought in a treat because I want my kitten to associate treats with vet appointments but I know she didn’t give it to him as he was right outside with me not even a minute after I left the room. I understand as a pet hospital they can be busy but she could’ve just said so rather than making this experience uncomfortable. She just had a very “I don’t care” attitude the entire time. I just wish there had been better communication and more understanding, especially since I was already worried about my kitten.

My visit today was not pleasant at all we went to buy a hamster and the associate (BEN who I know has been here for a very long time) began telling us if we were sure we had a big enough cage for it even though we had already told him that we have had hamsters in the past and have everything we needed except for the food and bedding then when I asked if the hamster was friendly he began saying no hamsters are friendly they all bite which that's not true we have had several hamsters and none of them bit us because we know how to handle them properly, when he was boxing the hamster for us he straight pushed the hamster with a marker and basically shoved him into the box I had even offered to put him into the box myself so he wouldn't shove him in the way he did. Prior to this I had Ask the same associate price on a 2.5 gallon tank he told me it was $12.99 with my phone number and it would be more without my number, get to the register and it's $40.00 when I tell the cashier that I was told by the pet care Associate it was $12.99 he refused to give it to me at the price I was told. Why tell me it's $12.99 then refuse to give it to me at that price. Instead they said they will talk to him about it like what good does that do for me I should get it for the price he told me.

Hello, good morning.
I took my dog in for grooming today, and I’m very concerned about the experience. This is the third time I’ve brought him to you, but it’s the first time he has been returned in this condition. He came out excessively panting and showing clear signs of heat distress.
My dog is a French Bulldog, a brachycephalic breed, which means he has more difficulty breathing and requires special care, especially during grooming. Dogs like him need shorter sessions and careful temperature control to avoid overheating and stress.
Additionally, the wait time was 2 hours and 20 minutes, and there were many dogs in the facility, which likely contributed to his condition. I believe this situation could have been prevented with proper awareness and handling of his breed.
I would appreciate it if you could explain what happened and what measures you take to ensure the safety of dogs like my dog. This was very concerning, and I want to make sure this does not happen again.
