What's it going to be like dropping my pet off for the first time for grooming?
When arriving for your first appointment, please approach our register where our staff will assist with check-in procedures. We will review a brief contract and discuss your expectations for the desired haircut. Your pet will remain in our care for approximately 2-3 hours, after which you will receive a text notification when your pet is ready for pickup.
What types of supplies should I bring to my appointment?
For grooming appointments, simply bring your pet. For boarding services, please provide your pet's food, any necessary medications, and a clip collar that includes your pet's identification and your contact number.
