  The PetCo grooming team is amazing- they have great knowledge with grooming & pet hygiene and go the extra mile for the pets! Our dog, Opus, is a high energy, sheep dog- The Petco team handled him amazingly for his bath with patience and worked through some of his puppy behavioral issues. We are so grateful for the service that this very passionate & caring team offered our dog. Thank you PetCo groomer team! Happy PetCo customer !

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Petco grooming salon. When I picked up my dog, no one told me that two of her nails had been cut too short. I only discovered something was wrong after finding fresh blood on my hands and thighs when I put her on my lap in the car. I immediately went back inside. At first, Rocky the groomer acted as though he wasn’t aware of any issue. Only after I pointed out her nail did he acknowledge that two nails had been cut too short and said he had applied a product to stop the bleeding. Accidents can happen, but what made all this more upsetting was the lack of communication and the dismissive attitude. Instead of apologizing, I was told “I needed to understand” and that “these things happen”. This has never happened during any of my previous grooming appointments. Since then, my dog has been licking her paw constantly, and I’ve scheduled a vet appointment to have her checked. I expected honesty, transparency, and compassion, and unfortunately, I didn’t receive any of those. While I would consider returning to this Petco, I will not be booking another appointment with Rocky.

  This was our first visit to a PetCo grooming salon and Tiger the groomer gave Jack the best haircut he's ever had in his 13 years. We will definitely be using the PetCo grooming salon from now on. They are so much less expensive than every other groomer we've used in the recent past. The price we paid is what we used to pay at the other groomers before they all hiked rates after COVID.

  I think the groomer Rocky had excellent job on bringing my dog although I thought it was a little bit expensive almost $100 for a little dog that weighs 13 pounds so I didn’t like that but the groomer did an excellent job
