Today, I walk in well, there's employees standing all around talking to each other.They don't greet you, they don't ask if they can help you.So I find an employee at the back of the store near the dog food walking down an aisle and i'm looking for something very specific For my dog and I stopped him.And asked him and he said, sorry I don't work at this store.I don't know where anything is.I work in palm desert and walked off. Now, why is that okay? Why would his thought not be? Let me go find someone that can help you with that product or even see if we have that product or maybe let me go look it up in the system and see if we even carry it. But there's absolutely don't bother me, I don't work here, that was the attitude I got Reading all the reviews and the bot generated replies from the company it is very clear this lack of care and customer service comes from the top as well. Obvious they could care less. Won't be back.
