- RPren peixuanAug 5, 20261.0I’ve never met such an unprofessional veterinarian. My 100 lb Bernese Mountain Dog was stuck with three needles, and they still couldn’t draw any blood. Instead of taking responsibility, the vet blamed my dog. The vet’s attitude was rude and unprofessional. After we left, my dog kept licking the needle sites and was clearly uncomfortable. We ended up being told to go to another hospital because they couldn’t complete a basic blood draw. Terrible experience. I would never come back.

Arrived about 10/15 minutes before my appointment time and sent them a text per the instructions I received telling them I arrived. I waited about over half an hour, then called into the store to ask them what was going on. They said they would tell them I was waiting. I waited another 20 minutes or so but was never called to come in. I decided to leave as keeping my cat in his cage for that long is a bit cruel on a hot day like today. I'll take my business elsewhere since they are unresponsive.
