  Bought 8 neon tetras at least 6 months ago and they are thriving! I've heard they can be massively inbred but the ones stocked here are great quality! Associate was very knowledgeable as well!

  We love this Petco! They almost always have everything our pets need. The staff is also helpful and friendly every time. Thank you!

  They have a very high turn-over rate at this store. In the 3 years I've shopped there, there was only 1 great employee that was helpful and she's been gone for a while. The good ones quit from the bad work environment caused by the bad ones. They need to do a reboot and start fresh with only good employees to stop this bad cycle. Some of the employees will ask you to donate and yet can't answer a single question about where the money goes, then refuse to check you out if you don't want to push the "decline" button. When a customer says "no thanks" then that should be sufficient... instead I get cashiers arguing with me: "It's a rule, you have to press decline"... oh really? It's a rule that *I* have to press YOUR buttons when I only pay with cash? During another visit the cashier said "If I press the button then it's going to be the donate button" and another time they said "If you don't press donate or decline then I can't sell to you today." I don't get what's wrong with these people, when I say "no thanks" that should be good enough. Especially when most of these donations go to undisclosed greedy corporations that keep 90% of the donation anyway.

  Was very pleased to have came to this destination. I used to drive all the way to Lakewood Petco ;but the way dontae and alyssa have made me feel very comfortable with leaving my dogs . It’s a warm place and the accountability to happiness they make that a priority.

  So disappointed. Wanted to get some fish. I waited in line at the register asked for help in fish. One said he had to take lunch right now, the bald one asked if there wasn’t anyone in fish I said I didn’t see anyone and no one helped me…. I was like ok thanks….
