  I’ve been going to this veterinary office for the past three years and have always had positive experiences, so I’m especially disappointed by my visit today. I brought my cat, Rhea, in this morning because she has been sneezing. I paid the $93 comprehensive exam fee, expecting a thorough physical examination. Instead, the doctor spent approximately four minutes examining her. For a comprehensive exam, I expected the doctor to take more time to properly assess Rhea and perform a full physical examination. I left feeling that the level of care and attention I received did not match the exam I was charged for. I’ve been a loyal client for three years and have never had an experience like this before. I’m very disappointed and hope the office takes this feedback seriously.

  They were very good with my dog and found treatment options that fit my financial needs yet also took care of my dog. The best thing is they were able to make her feel better within 24 hours! She’s doing so much better! Thank you!

  This review is solely based on the Vetco Vaccination clinic and its direct relation to this location. In June 2026, I took my dog to get her annual vaccinations updated and at the end of the visit, I was offered a flea and tech prescription for six months. This prescription has an expiration date exactly a year after it is issued, and according to this Vetco clinic, my dog is not a patient at this clinic and they caused my prescription to be declined at Chewy. Mind you, I have a copy of said prescription that has an expiration date of more than nine months from now. so now I feel as a customer, I am forced to not only only buy from Petco for prescriptions - But that is the exact same push that the clinic operator gave me when they issued the prescription. It feels calculated and it feels like you’re trapping the consumer when you’re doing things like that because it feels like you are forcing me to purchase from Petco when you are not the cheapest and they also gave me the runaround and made a very crude comment about buying it from Costco so I don’t know if I trust this clinic anymore. It feels like they are purposefully making things difficult for the consumer.

  I took my Abigail in for a wellness exam. Everybody in the office was very friendly and welcoming. Her Vet tech and her Vet were both very professional and very kind with my girl. Abigail is a large German Shepherd and she looks intimidating....after our visit, the staff loves her. We definitely have a new veterinary clinic we will be going to. Thanks to the entire staff... Abigail says thanks too.
