    The vet was knowledgable and the assistant was gentle with my dog. My only complaints are that they wrote up an estimate for something the vet said we could wait on. So some mis-communication that felt like up-selling. I think the skin scrape in house was overpriced. My biggest complaint is they needed to refill their ink. I could not read the instructions on both medicines.

    Customer service is ridiculous, waited for over 10 minutes, was told someone would be right with me and nothing. Just wanted to be my preventative flea medicine but would rather go somewhere else and pay more. Awful service, can only imagine how they treat the animals.

    Dr Donnelly is excellent, he explains everything about conditions, procedures, and treatments pertaining to your dog. I have been very pleased with his compassion, patience, and knowledge and will continue to bring my dog to see him.

    I love Dr. Link. But I live on a limited income and was disappointed that even though I brought in my dog's urine sample that I got just before coming in, it was necessary for them to stick a needle in my dog and get a "fresh" sample, at a cost of about $135. I should have stood up for my rights, but I was worried about my dog and they made it seem necessary. My bill was $400 for an exam/UTI and that's a lot of money for me.
