As well as hair trim on chin and near eyes. She only did bath. I could have saved 32.00 and did it myself. She weighs only 10lb. I loved that there was 5.99 materials fee. Wasn't made aware. As well as they texted my husband even though they verified contact info at check in. But what really makes not want to return was few of the girls attitudes. As well as inability to do what was asked and NOT answer questions. Never got an explanation as to what materials fee covered. Never going back.

Hopefully they see this post and make sure to dry her next time. I just don’t want her to get sick. Thank you!
