- SHSusan HoffApr 4, 20261.0My bad review is not the cause of any employee, but rather another group of customers, I have a larger dog 6 months and 50 lbs, I brought her in to the self wash area paid my 20 bucks and started washing my dog, another man brought his large husky type dog in that was not having it yelping and trying to get out of the bath it ended up being 3 people trying to wash this poor dog!! IT WAS chaos my dog got so nervous I am just lucky I got her rinsed. My dog was not dry and we had to leave they were causing a commotion it was a horrible experience for my always happy dog, who wags her tail when she gets her nails clipped. There should be a occupancy limit. People should be more considerate of others.

Not only did she clean it up for me, but she didn’t even point out that it was my dog when we talked about it. I appreciated not only her help, but also her thoughtfulness in how she handled the situation. And on top of that, she helped me find a product while she had her hands full. Such integrity.
