- HRHailey Reese6 days ago1.0They ask if there’s anything to be aware of before a groom, I let them know my dog sprained her ankle 3 months ago.. told them she’s good and happy, she’s been off pain meds for a long time and she’s fine and they turned her away. She’s been groomed inbetween at other Petco’s too and her vet is at petco they could check her records. Just a waste of time choose another location.
- AAAdrian AthertonOct 3, 20261.0Management Feedback I came into the College Avenue Petco at approximately 7:00 PM on Friday, October 2, while the store was still open until 9:00 PM. I wanted to purchase supplies and a fish. I was told the employee responsible for the fish had already gone home and that the remaining employees could not assist me because they needed to complete closing duties. Three employees ultimately explained why they could not help me—even though the store was still open for another two hours. This is a management and business-priority issue. During posted business hours, customers and sales should take priority over routine closing tasks. If staffing and closing procedures prevent employees from serving customers before the posted closing time, management needs to address that. I left without making my purchase and took my business directly to PetSmart down the street instead. That is a completely avoidable lost sale and a customer-service failure that management should take seriously.
