  Clean store and friendly staff. They have a nice fish selection including salt water. You do have to be careful when getting fish sometimes they have ick but the store is very quick to recognize it and will refund you for the fish in a timely manner. We bought a bearded dragon from them and its super awesome also got her for 50% off so that was awesome. They have a dog bathing station thats nice its to expensive ($20 a dog) but its the cleanest one you'll find in the area so you gotta weigh your options 😉. We used the vet clinic they have available and they were very friendly and good with my pups. Ober all its a great store and convenient.

  Had a very nice talk with a young lady by the name of Ripley. Very knowledgeable about a lot of pets, even ones not carried in the store explicitly. Polite and informative, answered all my questions about dogs promptly and with a smile.

  Unless the right staff is working, customer service sucks. I shop here weekly, bc its the most convenient location. Sometimes I receive help with supplies, but some of the staff have attitudes like I'm bothering them. Today, I came in for fish, after waiting in aquatics for 15 minutes with no help, I went and found someone. Only to be told they are not selling animals right now because they are unloading a shipment. I've literally came and gotten fish before this, while staff were unloading shipments. Kellen on many occasions has literally stopped what he was doing to help me with my supplies. Kellen, Brandon and a couple others get 5 stars, but unfortunately the others ruin it. If gas wasn't so expensive, I'd go to another pet store.

  Most ridiculous service. I have a prescription to pick up dog food. But I can't purchase without a card from Their Vet? But they aren't available so ok but after Waiting for half an hour the employees can't find mgr who is missing when their vet office is closed. It's a Saturday should be 1 mgr of some sort in store right?

  I went there today 7/9/2026 to buy a fish and the cashier was a very rude. I had questions because I wanted to buy a goldfish for my grandson. I spoke to someone else prior to that who was very helpful. However, I had one more question so I went to the cashier, Apparently she did not like the question I asked. Simple question about putting a gold fish in a bowl and she responded ‘ like I said’ twice then told me, we don’t sell gold fish to put in bowls here you I will have to go to a different store . Ok fish Natzi instead of educating your were rude., Your customer service was aweful.. I am a nurse and would not think about talking to anyone like that.
