- Aנופר קלדסMay 1, 20261.0I came to them based on an advertisement stating that the first exam costs $25. When I arrived with my two dogs, I specifically requested only that service. Despite this, I was charged $90 for each dog, with a total bill of $388. Only after I had to argue the charges with them did I receive a refund, and even then, it was for just one of the dogs. I will not be returning — the experience was not worth the effort of having to chase my refund.
- RKRobert KeenFeb 3, 20185.0I love this place. Part of it is that it's very close to my home, and there was absolutely zero wait on a Saturday at 11. But outside of that, we found the staff to be friendly (and funny), and Dr. Dahlman was pleasant and very quick. Some people may not like the idea of the vet taking your animal from the room for treatment (and I imagine it was optional), but I appreciated that he took her away for treatment and returned very quickly. He and the staff were all informative without being condescending. In and out in 20 minutes. I'll add that we've paid $40 more for the same treatment at other vets, so that's also a plus.
