I ask her if I can please use the restroom and told me to go my self ask somebody else who is bussy cleaning the floor. I told her she looks to be bussy and she says well what do you want me to do and didn’t wanted to open the restroom. I was waiting for my pick up order. When she gets back basically just throw my bag. This person should not be working with costumers and if doesn’t have the right manners.
- GMGigi ModrichSep 11, 20265.0Mati is the absolute best. We walked into Unleashed after impulse adopting a 9 week old megamutt (what I have now come to understand is rescue speak for “pitbull”). Mati could smell the fear on us as we wrangled Mr. Worldwide. Mati grabbed a cart and a new puppy checklist and took us throughout the store to make sure we got everything we needed for our first night. They told us about nutrition, training, and patiently waited as we weighed what we needed with what we could afford. 10/10 would definitely recommend shopping with Mati. We walked in dazed and confused and walked out grateful.
