  This is the 3rd time went to petco to see if they can clip my dogs nails they were so rude it's their way or no way short simple answers and no explanation I will never go there or recommended anyone to either pet grooming service is horrible don't waste your time of taking your pet there.I would suggest go elsewhere

  Made an appointment for bath , nail trimming for my dog online , I was asked if dog has any heart condition I marked yes and marked the option of the heart condition next morning took my dog and was told they dont groom dog with that heart condition and that is very understandable, but why not just make you aware on line when making the appointment that they can't groom dogs with that heart condition . Is very understandable why they want to take the risk with dogs on heart condition but add it on your online appointment setting , it will save customers and them valuable time.

  My experience was weird, I paid for my dog’s self wash station and asked for the lights to be turned on so I can properly wash my dog and the employee I asked comes with attitude and brings her Manager to tell me I can’t wash my dog since they closed the station? Okay babe he’s already in the shampoo process and your staff member charged me soooo what’s it gonna be? She’s was like I’ll turn on the lights but you weren’t supposed to be here in the first place, okay mama let me take my dog out half shampoo and dripping. Instead of admitting your mistake from your team’s behalf you then make me feel weird for not knowing you were closed even when I paid? Next time put a sign of your self wash hours and train your team to know them as well so that this doesn’t happen anymore. Thank youuuu!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this veterinary clinic because of an assistant named Daisy who was handling check-ins and organizing the appointment queue. From the moment we arrived, Daisy was extremely rude and unprofessional toward me. During the short time we were there, she made several unnecessary comments and corrections toward us, probably three or four times within about ten minutes. What was especially upsetting was that I noticed other clients making similar mistakes or doing similar things, but Daisy did not say anything to them or treat them the same way. It felt like we were being singled out and constantly criticized. Her tone was not helpful or polite. Instead of calmly explaining procedures or giving directions, she spoke in a way that felt disrespectful and judgmental. When someone comes to a veterinary clinic, they are usually already concerned about their pet, and the last thing they need is to be treated poorly by a staff member. Daisy’s behavior was hurtful, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional. A person working in a veterinary environment should show patience, kindness, and respect to every client. Unfortunately, Daisy did not demonstrate any of those qualities. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses this situation, because this type of attitude does not represent the level of care and professionalism that clients and their pets deserve.
