  I was shopping nearby and visited this PetCo. Surprised at its size since located in this small strip mall. I checked that all the brands and items I regularly purchased are available here. The actual treats that weren’t available last month at the other location were here! This will be OUR new spot!

  My last visit was blah in customer service @ the location near the 54. A lady greeted the customer in front of me & assisted him while I was next in line but never me. Another associate went to her register with a customer that needed a lot of help. Never once greeted me. Once the 1st associate was done with her customer she vanished into the back. I had to wait over 5 minutes in line with customers filling the line behind me. Once my transaction was complete I wasn’t even offered help out to my vehicle. I had a huge/heavy purchase. Which I thought was rude. *Never did see the other associate again* She wasn’t even wearing a name tag. Not sure if I will keep coming to this location or not even though it’s close to my home.

  I love this store. Always has what i need for my dogs in stock. The staff are always friendly and very helpful.

  I'm not going to lie. Every time I come in I know a couple of the workers know that I do not play when it comes to my dog Athena. I am there for Athena either for treats, foods, medication and to get her nice spa treatment. I don't normally get her groomed frequently do the fact that I do love that her fur gets so long and curly. It's starting to get a little bit too much for her. I absolutely adore Palola down to a T. When I first got Athena groom their I already knew Athena was going to be a slight issue for her just due to the fact that Athena has anxiety. First roundabout of course there was issues because she's not really much of a fan of getting blow dryer. So of course it's going to take longer for her to get done.. now for this time. I figured that just like before she was going to her a slight problem like last time...Oh how Paola proved me wrong. Athena was done before I can even have my first morning meeting.. of course I went to go get Athena and gave Paola a look of 'how could you prove me wrong' she brought Athena out to me and one thing that take me by surprise was Athena was wagging her tail which she never does for people after I'm dealing with a dog with anxiety. Putting back home was another surprise me she was having Zoomies in the car and back at the house. For about 30 mins.. something I never see in Athena at all. And of course once she's was done she went to sleep . I could talk about Paola all day if I could. I honestly would recommend her for grooming she takes very good care of people's pets included mine. It's like she's Got This magic touch of making dogs with anxiety to calm down. I really do hope she stays there for as long as she care I'm honestly not sure what I would do without paola taking such good care of Athena.(Here's her taking her nice long rest after her spa treatment)
