Everyone I encountered on Saturday, March 14, 2026 seemed like they hated their jobs. The vet techs that were helping the vaccine clinic were rude, the vet herself was super dismissive, they weren’t explaining what they were doing and just tried to man handle my dog which made him nervous so he peed a little (I don’t blame him) so I was trying to help clean up and calm him down. They then continued to man handle my dog and keep him still while the vet just swooped down and again (not explaining anything) poked my dog twice for the vaccines and then grabbed his jaw to administer medicine orally. I was baffled at the whole situation and couldn’t do much until they were done. I immediately moved my dog away from everyone In shock and was handed the paperwork and the tag and was told to pay at the front and to have a great day. So rude, so dismissive, so unprofessional I couldn’t believe it! Even at the front desk the lady checking me out couldn’t give two cares about her job. I was standing in front of her while she chatted with a coworker about candy for 3 minutes before I finally said “excuse me I’m waiting to pay” she rolled her eyes and then moved to the counter to scan my tag to pay for the vaccines. Will never be coming to this location again, will never recommend this location to any of my friends or family, just absolutely couldn’t get out of that store quick enough! If you hate your job that much, just quit, I’ve never seen customer service and vet care that poor before. Horrendous!
