Went to return and elderly lady with white looking headphones around her neck helped me and my son. Just overall her attitude towards the transaction of us returning said item.bothered her. After finished transaction, still shopped around for pellets for said iguana, headed back to pay, which there was a line already. as we got to the end of the line another NICE lady employee w/black hair and glasses looked over and said " Im open here,ill help you here" WHILE DIRECTLY LOOKING AT MY SON AND MYSELF. proceed to pay and while paying the elderly employee lady w/the headphones turns to us THE CUSTOMER and for some reason tells us " umm there where people in front of you" in a condescending tone,and I say this because the employee that was helping us looked over at her and replied " im sorry I didn't see them,as I cant SEE OVER THE COUNTER" mind you the other two people that where in that line looked over. at myself and son and laughed and said " dont worry about it, its fine not a big deal" while both ladys looked and rolled there eyes at said teller for even making the remark. Walked out w/ my son and lady with her daughter comes up.to me and my son and says " you didnt cut me or the others, that lady's just MEAN and RUDE MOST OF THE TIME, you didnt have to apologize" as I apologize to the teller that was helping me, for just being put in that situation. Will mostly definitely not be shopping at the Napa store which I live in Napa c.a, rather drive 15 miles to.Vallejo petco or even 25 miles to Fairlfield C.A petco to not even run into or see that lady. very bad customer service and experience.

However her coworker was in such a hurry she darted out from an aisle, almost took me out. I snapped at her. She didnt say a thing. I'm 77, and I don't move quite so fast. I have a bad knee that's giving me fits. I apologized to the young woman for snapping at her. She didn't apologize for almost running me over. Like I said, Normally I have a good experience here. Today, not so much.
