I ordered an item for curbside pick up. I let them no through the Petco app that i’ve arrived and I’m waiting. The app stated we will be right there with you. Nobody came for 10 minutes. I went inside and the guy that works in front register says oh is this for Tanja? Sorry I’ve been with the customer( he wasn’t. He was standing by the register alone) and just hands me a huge heavy bag of food in my arms, not even in a cart. How is that curbside pick up??? Not happy.

Very upset with the tech name Jasmine at vetco murrieta, she didn’t even check the papers that we brought, my dog just needed a bordetela vaccine, we even showed her that she already got rabies, dhpp, canine influenza vaccine, next thing we know they administered those 3 vaccine that she dont need, tried to call the clinic but no vet is available to talk to, my dog just got double dose of everything!!!! And I was charged $200 for the vaccines that is not needed…. Upsetting and Frustrating!!!!!

Appointment was quick which was nice. The staff and doctor were very friendly and gentle with our new puppy. The doctor provided helpful information to us as first time puppy owners. Overall great experience.
