  Finally a petco that actually cares about their animals. Not a single dead fish in any of the aquariums. All animals were actually taken care of. Even the small jumping spiders were well misted and molted. The small “desk pet” Pac-Man frogs had an actual “what a full grown Pac-Man frog actually needs” set up right next to them so the responsible pet buyers will buy everything they need. 11/10 stars. Beautiful 🫶🏼

  Didn’t want to cut my dogs hair because she didn’t feel comfortable. So confused why are you working there if you don’t feel comfortable.

  Petco has a great selection of pet food, toys, accessories for a variety of animals, from dogs and cats to reptiles and fish. I didn't get to spend as much time in there as I'd like because my dog was trying to pull me all over the store. Time to look into their Dog Obedience classes!

  We stood in the fish isle for about 10-15 minutes and watched an employee ask other customers if they needed help with anything except us. I thought it was odd but this was the second Petco we had gone where the customer service wasn’t great…. I decided I didn’t want fish anymore since the lady kept walking by us and asking other customer if they need help about 1-3x. I let it go and decided to get a dog toy and a plant food bag which was on sale. We checked out the same girl who was at the fish station is at the cashier line asking the person in front of me if they found everything they needed and how their day was. When we got up there the ENTIRE transaction was silent even after I said hello. The only thing she asked was if I wanted my receipt which I did take and found out they charged me full price on the item that was on sale. I went back and she told me there was nothing to do because it scanned as full price so there was nothing to do. Not only was she unprofessional in the fish section but she was unprofessional and unwelcoming the entire time. This was the second Petco that we went to on Sunday where we were highly disappointed in the staff they have helping customers out.
