Awesome place to take your dog! Even if you don’t have a big swimmer, they will have a great time and it is amazing to see the dogs living their best life and swimming!

Very Disappointing Experience — We Won’t Be Returning
This was the third time I boarded my dog at this facility, and unfortunately, it will be our last.
My dog has a very sensitive stomach, which is why I specifically provide his own food and pay extra to have him fed the food I provide. On previous stays, he has come home with explosive diarrhea. I initially assumed it was caused by stress or separation anxiety, so I continued to give this place the benefit of the doubt.
This time, however, I have serious concerns.
This morning, we left our vacation rental early to make sure we could pick him up before 2:00 PM, as I had been instructed in the past. When we arrived, the facility was closed, and there was a sign saying they didn't open until 3:00 PM. I understand that I should have checked the hours myself, but I wish this had been clearly communicated when I dropped my dog off, especially since pickup times and additional charges are important when planning travel.
We waited and returned later, only to find out that I was automatically charged for an additional day because it was Sunday. Again, I wish I had been informed of this policy so I could have planned accordingly.
The young man who helped bring my dog out was polite and helpful. I asked him whether my dog had been eating, and he assured me that he had. I then asked for the bag of food I had provided. I had brought six cans of his food—an exact amount intended for his stay.
When the bag was returned to me, all six cans were still inside.
I went back to the front desk and asked whether my dog had been given kibble instead of the food I provided. I was told that they had given him four cans, and the employee said there were nine in the bag. This was confusing because I had provided six cans, and when the bag was returned to me, I had all six cans.
After bringing my dog home, he drank an unusually large amount of water and developed explosive diarrhea again.
At this point, I am extremely concerned about what he was actually fed during his stay. I specifically paid extra because of his sensitive stomach and provided his food for a reason. I trusted the facility to follow those instructions.
I am very disappointed by this experience. Between the lack of clear communication about pickup hours and Sunday charges, the confusion regarding my dog's food, and the condition he was in when he came home, I no longer feel comfortable leaving him there.
Lesson learned. We will not be returning. I feel scammed, disappointed, and most importantly, concerned about the care my dog received.

Best place we've found to board your animal. Kind, caring staff. Many boarding options, with temperature control. Big play area for dogs, even a waterpark. Safe and secure.

It’s hard to leave a review since I couldn’t go into the Dog pool area. I looked on the website and nothing said I needed to bring my vaccination records. I guess maybe I should’ve just assumed that. I spent 30 minutes waiting line and registering my dogs before they told me I needed vaccination records. My dogs are vaccinated. I do not have the records with me. However, it’s pure stupidity for me to waste 30 minutes, registering without the employee asking that question. It’s 2 o’clock here. My vet is on the East Coast so they close now, so there’s no way they could call to get the vaccination records because I stood there for half an hour in line and then to register. Seems like a decent place, but I just wanted to bring my dogs there because it’s 103° today. Why wouldn’t you put on the website you have to bring your vaccinations?
