On September 7th I had a good experience at Mountain View Banfield Hospital! We came there in the morning, there were a lot of customers because of the holiday, but we can still find a very professional and friendly staff at the front desk! Garrett helped us at the front desk, he is very patient, smiling all the time not only to the customers but also the patients (dogs)! We are very appreciative for his service and would like to give him ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They just want money. Took my dog to Banfield Campbell because she started having blood in her urine, was avoiding this place as I didn’t like the doctors or previous experiences. They didn’t detect anything in her urine and told me to come to this location instead as they can do ultrasounds. When I got there, it all of a sudden became about her teeth. The doctor was the same one from years prior that tried to get thousands of me and was the reason why I stopped taking my pet there. I was forced to pay for an X-ray as she was also heard with a heart murmur and they had to check to see if she was safe to be under anesthesia, again for a dental procedure that was not causing the blood in her urine. I had originally told them my limit for the procedure, I got a call the day of her appointment and the doctor asked me what my limit was and if it could be higher. I told her the highest I could go was 3,000 and she had no problem going up to exactly that. I still at this point did not get any answers for the blood in my dogs urine. The doctor only noted she saw a mass in her bladder and that I should schedule an ultrasound. Another 400 down, but at least for something that is actually affecting her. I took my dog to banfield in August, and it took till mid September to get an ultrasound to check her bladder. She was diagnosed with TCC, transitional cell carcinoma. It had NOTHING to do with her teeth and it is not something she will survive. Chemo can help manage it, but it is expensive and not an option, especially not when I’ve spent close to 4,000 already for unnecessary procedures. The day I took her home from the dental procedure, she was in pain and took days to recover. What was the point of making her go through all of that? Why wasn’t the ultrasound done first. Best part about this? When the doctor called to notify me about what she saw in her bladder the day she had the unnecessary dental procedure, she warned me of the possibilities it could be. She mentioned TCC, and she said that if was that, there would be nothing that could be done. And because my renewal for my membership with banfield was coming up,(renews every September) if my dog was to pass away before my year agreement ends, I would have to pay. We all have heard that banfield still charges owners even if they lose their pets midway through their year agreement, but to hear it that day was ridiculous. Any pet I have in the future, I will NEVER take them to a banfield. They do not care about your pets.

Milo loves going to Banfield Pet Hospital! The staff always welcomes him warmly and gives him so much love and attention. They are very friendly, patient, and gentle with him, which helps him feel comfortable and safe during every visit. As the very first time puppy owner, I really appreciate how clearly the staff explains his vaccines, medications, test results, and overall care. They always take the time to answer my questions and never make me feel rushed. I can tell that everyone genuinely cares about Milo’s health and well-being. Milo is always excited to see the staff, and that makes me feel confident that he is in good hands. We have consistently had a positive experience, and I am very thankful for the kindness, professionalism, and excellent care they provide.
