  We are very pleased with this well-run veterinary practice for our two dogs and two cats. Waiting is minimal (if any) and care so far is excellent. Definitely better than our veterinary practice in our previous town.

  South County Animal Hospital has been our trusted veterinary clinic for our dogs, and we couldn't be happier with the care they receive. The staff is always friendly, compassionate, and goes out of their way to make our doggies feel comfortable during every visit. It's such a relief knowing our furry babies are in such great hands. We truly appreciate the excellent care and kindness they consistently provide!

  Really disappointing Extremely disappointing experience. My dog was scheduled for a cardiology echocardiogram, and I was instructed to drop him off at 7:00 AM. I took a day off work specifically for this appointment and arrived as scheduled, only to be told that my dog was not on the schedule. Apparently, the office failed to properly book the appointment, yet no effort was made to accommodate us or find a solution. What was most upsetting was the complete lack of empathy and accountability. Rather than acknowledging their mistake and apologizing for the inconvenience, I was simply told that nothing could be done and that I should leave. This appointment involved a specialist evaluation that I had planned my day around, and their scheduling error cost me both time and lost wages. Mistakes can happen, but how an office responds to those mistakes matters. Unfortunately, the staff showed little concern for the impact this had on me or my pet. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this office. Better communication, organization, and customer care are greatly needed.
