Some corporate policies are difficult to muster as a customer, but ultimately, it is still a good store. My 5 stars is for the most recent experience my wife had with the adoption of her first bird. Sara, Ashley, and Brandon are always so nice and helpful. Thank you to all of you for allowing us the time we needed for making our decision. It is important to give customers the time they need with a large purchase and decision like that. Something that management needs to remember. Remember that you have animals available for adoption that are looking for families. Don't be in a rush to get employees back to their regular duties. The time they are spending with customers, especially as potential adopters, should be your #1 priority. Fern is now in a loving forever home thanks to the care and love that Sara and Ashley shared with her. Her socialization and good behavior can be attributed to their efforts and they should be commended for it.
