- JRJohn RuizSep 22, 20261.0I have brought my pets here over the years and liked them. Today, I just called to get a price for a spay and was told they do not give prices until they have a $ 25 const and then they would give me a price. So I asked the young man, ( not saying his name intentionally) if basically we have to pay to get a price and he said " yeah, pretty mmuch" not in a bad tone but confirming my issue. They obviously have a price, why night share the price?

- SCSerena CAug 29, 20261.0I’ve been bringing my dogs here for the past 5+ yrs and sadly will be my last. I am very disappointed with their communication skills. I have made 2 appointments and somehow it was never booked which is upsetting due to having to take time off work multiple times and not being able to fit into their schedule. Today, I had an appointment and called this morning to verify my appointment which they confirmed but when i had arrived their equipment wasn’t working which they could have explained over the phone so I didn't have to miss work once again. Prices may be cheaper here but definitely you get what you pay for with having to deal with so much inconveniences.
