This place is a huge rip off. I got a heartworm test for my pet and requested a prescription for flea medication. When I received the prescription it indicated that generics were not acceptable. Revolution has been around forever and generics cost a third of the price for the same medication. when I tried calling the vetco office they told me they couldn't get back to me for 5 to 7 days! Now I'm getting emails from Petco trying to sell me revolution instead of the generic brand which costs a third of the price. This is a rip-off scheme and I haven't heard back from them at all to correct the prescription to enable me to buy generics which are much cheaper for the same medication. I will never go back to vetco again, it's a scam for Petco to sell medication that's overpriced. Terrible customer service!
