- AAABSep 17, 20261.0I really hate to give reviews, let alone bad ones but I have to. The manager here, Dori I believe and Sierra are both unfriendly. I’m posting months later because I tried to schedule for nails with Julie and I got canceled as I was referred out now The incident happened in April. I booked an appointment for my dog grooming and I ran late. I tried calling but no one picked up. I was there within the 15mins of allowed delay( probably 5 mins late) Since I was late, I first checked in with the groomer by the desk who asked me to wait and then the Dori who was my groomer came in almost 20mins later after I arrived saying I came late post the allowed time to checkin. So we went back n forth but since her tone was not great, I also stood up to her bad attitude. I understand I was late and apologized for being late but within the 15 min window allowed but why should I not stand up when the customer service and empathy is not there. Every other 1 star review calls out bad attitude in this place. I called the corporate number and left a complaint. Instead of just looking at fixing the problem, Petco has only their perspective and instead referred me out Lastly, Julie is the only good groomer here. Everyone else has bad attitude. Sierra has groomed my dog before and is one of the worst with bad haircut So if others have great experience that’s great but all the low reviews are similar experience at this place with groomers who are grumpy, unfriendly and bad attitude where I would never let my dogs groomed except for Julie
