  Absolutely the worst grooming experience on two occasions. Took my dog in for her monthly wash and the lady was so rude that I didn’t feel comfortable even leaving my dog with her. I thought this was a one off experience so rebook with a different groomer and had another awful experience with a different groomer whom said because she had one small mat by her ear she would not be able to bath her. So I took my dog to a different grooming place and asked if this is normal or would be a problem and was informed that it would not be a problem and that the mat was so small she should’ve been able to work around it very disappointed with not recommend even having your dog bathed here. It’s just very disappointing because I’ve always used Petco. For my beets bathing and grooming needs

  This isn't about the store/service itself but about the DISGUSTING customer restroom! I was in the Del Monte Center store yesterday afternoon and the restroom (toilet and sink) looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months! You people should be embarrassed! A manager needs to take the time to go in there and take a look before someone calls the health dept!

  Sierra needs to be fired. She consistently gives horrible haircuts and says insulting things about customers in front of other customers. even with a picture, she manages to give a horrible haircut to our dog every time and is rude every single time. Please fire her.
