- OOOliviaAug 16, 20262.0Really frustrating experience at this location. I used a 20% off adoption coupon that had previously applied to my entire purchase online, but in store it only discounted one item. When I asked for a price adjustment or refund, Haileigh offered to process a return. I was returning the full-price box of canned cat food from two identical boxes I had purchased. The refund was processed incorrectly, and Haileigh then told me I had brought back the discounted box and asked me to go to my car to get the other one. Both boxes were the exact same product with the same barcode, so unsurprisingly, the second box scanned at the same sale price. I was then left standing at the register for several more minutes with very little communication while she tried to figure it out. A simple refund ended up taking over 20 minutes, and the entire interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and unhelpful. I’ve also repeatedly had issues with the 10 cent bags this store charges for. They rip extremely easily. During a previous online pickup, the bag ripped right outside the store and all of my purchases fell out. Mistakes happen, but better communication and customer service could have made this a much simpler experience. Between the unnecessarily complicated return and poor quality bags, I left very disappointed with this location.
