  It's excellent when the ladies are working here. But a completely. Different vibe with the guys. It's like they don't care so much about the customers. Otherwise I would give this place 5 out of 5

  How is this place still in business??! I had to place an order online for 3 pet carriers on a Thursday morning. Due to critical time constraints, I paid a ridiculous amount for 1 business day delivery [what a joke!], because apparently, they keep little to no stock at all on their store shelves. Fine, whatever. So long as I got it on time [the following Tuesday morning], I really didn't care. Come Monday- it hadn't even shipped yet (!!) and was due for "delivery" on that Wednesday. What they didn't know was that I was flying into California from Texas to receive this delivery at a friend's house & driving back with 3 new pets which were to be picked up Tuesday afternoon. My whole trip depended on this delivery, and delays were NOT an option. These carriers [an order more than $800] were PROMISED to be delivered on MONDAY in LA, California. and NO LATER!! THAT'S what I paid dearly for, a "1 business day delivery". That 1 business day was FRIDAY, not Friday, the weekend, Monday, and Tuesday!!.. 🤦‍♂🤬 Subsequently & in a panic, I reached out to a PetSmart store in close proximity to the airport, and much to my surprise, they had what I needed - ON THE SHELF!! Who would've thought a "store" would have inventory available for sale ON THEIR SHELVES??!!! What a concept!!! Needless to say, I will NEVER set foot into or order from, another PETCO - EVER, EVER AGAIN!! What a HORRIBLE & IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY they are!!. Take your money to a business that has integrity, ethics, & a truly honest respectful appreciation for their customers and their patronage - because PETCO doesn't have ANY of those qualities..
