They were very patient with my big scared dog. I know it's their job to sell more but I really only wanted rabies for my dog like I have done in the past but really pushed for others he doesn't need because he is only ever at home. I was upset that my other dog's flea medication wouldn't be renewed because it really helped him grow his hair back. They told me their prescriptions are only good for 6 months which didn't make sense to me. He doesn't need to be back for rabies vaccine for another 2 years and they don't accept appointments for flea control only.
