  Very nice people and they care about the pets but if I’m being honest I had issues trying to get an appointment dated. I’m not sure what the case is, but whenever I try making one for my dog his records aren’t there and it’s frustrating. If you have a pet and think about making an appointment I’d suggest a different clinic if you don’t want any issues for your next appointment.

  Don't normally complain. We have been taking our Animals to this vet for years based on a family referral. But they are quickly sliding in quality and care. We had a dodgy experience when we put our family dog down there a few years past, but wont get into that. And they no longer call you to confirm your appointment, or remind you you have an appointment. They don't tell you cost on the web page or over the phone. We had a stray bring her kittens into our Garage in May of 2022. We called 5/27 for an appointment to bring them all in to be spayed/Neutered. We were told that they couldn't take them in until 7/11. Ok. They didn't give a quote over the phone. I searched several things online and figured for all 6 cats it would be about 800.00 dollars. We showed up for our appointment today and we were told it was 200.00 for a female and 175.00 for a male. So the quoted total was 1175.00. So we were taken aback. They said corporate raised the prices and that the person who managed thier web page passed away and they didn't have the passwords to change the prices on the web page. So we asked for corporates number to place a complaint. But we had the cats gathered ( not an easy thing to do with strays) So we would go ahead and find away to pay the higher price. They said the receptionist would get us the corporate phone number and they would get the cats checked in. When the receptionist came out he gave us the number and said that they were not feeling safe to perform the services. So unfortunay they couldnt help us. I have never been turned away from a vet. Guessing its because we asked for the corporate number. So now we have to try to find another appointment and lock the cats in our Garage to avoid them getting pregnant. For another month while we try to find someone else to do it.
