  I had a great experience at American Pet Hospital! Matthew, the manager, was extremely helpful and professional, and the attention from the entire team was excellent. The hospital was very clean, organized, and honestly felt completely different from how I remembered it before. I had switched to another vet for a while, but after this experience, I’m definitely coming back and plan to become a regular customer again. Thank you, Matthew, and the entire team for taking such great care of us! Highly recommended!

  Had an emergency visit and they were amazing. I hadn't been here in 9 years and was pleased to find the new ownership and staff were SO SO good. Vet saved my kitty. So glad I came in. The previous owners weren't my fav. Highly recommend this place again now for 2026!

  I have been a client of American Vet for over 20 years. It began with an affordable option of spaying a Rabbit, and has led to many pets over the years. Affordability never meant lack of quality or care. Kimberly (Front desk) has always been warm and welcoming. She has seen me at my worst and always comforted me. Her compassion knows no bounds. She always gave me the impression that my pets are her pets, at least while in her care. I can count on her to be honest when honesty can sometimes be met with hostility, at least from this "Puppy mom zilla". Customer service for Vet Med can be difficult, not for Kimberly. Shes a natural and one of the reasons I will continue taking my pets to American vet.

  Very nice people and they care about the pets but if I’m being honest I had issues trying to get an appointment dated. I’m not sure what the case is, but whenever I try making one for my dog his records aren’t there and it’s frustrating. If you have a pet and think about making an appointment I’d suggest a different clinic if you don’t want any issues for your next appointment.
