- RERyan Elecciri3 days ago5.0I had the best experience while buying supplies from this store. Their superworms/waxworms tend to come healthy and they always have great/honest stock. Their website is accurate when it comes to what's inside the store. I got tremendous help from Sawyer during my visits. I personally ask for him whenever I'm in the store because he's extremely knowledgeable of the aquatics and reptile sections. He's very charismatic and knows how to help a customer.

Not a single person said Hi or even bother to ask if we needed help, and not even that the guy with glasses at the front store followed us while my daughter hold a plushie—as if we are stealing it? While I was teaching her how to put it back on its right rack. Mind you she’s a toddler and very well behaved for a 1.5 year old. Maybe because we also speak Spanish? Not sure, but yeah, ZERO stars for their customer service and definitely WOULDN’T recommend this store. Prices seemed reasonable, and stocked with decent products but I would go where I feel comfortable and welcomed.
