  Omg horrible store. All ways a problem when I go in. This time today was the worst. The person working said they have the worst management there. All fish tanks had dead fish that have been dead for days in there and they have not cleaned them out. I was planning on buying gold fish there. Not no more. I have photos. Very gross they been dead in the tanks for days. It was getting worse everyday and they don't clean them.

  I come here all the time due to working directly next door, I have a at home aquarium with shrimp and fish I call here occasionally and never get an answer since I'm right next to it I'm able to just come inside but whenever I do there's nobody busy and the lady at the front is always just sitting there on her phone nobody answers the phone ever. I came in today for a new tank because I wanted to upgrade to a bigger size and Petco is advertising 50% off on all their tanks it has signage on all the rows. I came in and was shopping the tanks. I asked a nice gentleman the price just to make sure that they are half off any scans it and says it is. I also had checked Pryor on the website to see the item was 50% off. When I got to the register with the tank Diana scan everything up and told me the total which was not including the discount. Transformer that there should be a 50% off discount on the tanks because you guys are using a special and she said it didn't exist after looking at it on her phone. I brought the tank back an insured I look back on the website and with the other employee that it is on sale I took a picture of the sign underneath the exact tank I took that should be 50% off. I brought it back to her I explained it and I showed her the picture as she was checking me out she said she shouldn't have to memorize every deal in the store because there's thousands and it's not her job. She was being extremely rude to me and telling me off saying I shouldn't be causing a problem over a sign. This is not at all good behavior for someone who should be working empathetically around animals and people caring for animals.

  Disgusting and inhumane treatment of their fish. So many dead fish. Virtually all the tanks had at least 1 dead fish. Most had more. In the photo are three tanks, all with a clump of dead fish. At least ½ of the beta fish were dead or dying.

  The Mission Viejo Petco groomers are like family and they treat your dog as such. It doesn’t matter which stylist you get; your dog will get the royal treatment.

  Called twice with no answer looking for a product before I made the drive. Had to call RSM store for the information which was way off but there was one of the medicated shampoo I was looking for. Stock is woefully inadequate and inaccurate.
