They don’t let you go back with your pet, and I feel like it takes a long time for simple procedures. I hate having to talk about my pet’s medical issues in the lobby. Also they have a very full schedule it’s hard to get your pet seen timely.

- ASAlfonso SolisJul 24, 20261.0I took my sick kitten with upper respiratory infection, they refuse to give me antibiotics,Lorraine said I was very argumentative just cuz I said I had other 2 sick kittens at home..Lorraine the manager came outside to hand me my kitten then way from the cameras She was extremely rude and told me to not come back.. I have never said a bad word or insulted anyone..it's on camera and on recording ..
- VVVAGAJul 21, 20261.0Waited too long for an available appointment. Only available appointment was at 3 p.m. a week after my initial call. Upon arriving and filling out paperwork. I waited for an hour and was never called in. So I decided to leave as my appointment time was scheduled for 3 p.m. Not for after 4 p.m. I regret stoping by and wasting my time. As I was leaving I called the receptionist desk to inform them and all I got from her was" OK I can cancel your appointment" rather than following up to check how much longer it can take for my dog to be seen. I regret stoping by and wasting my time. It's my fault for trying to save $50 for consultation and the drive to my dog's veterinarian in Atwater. I am never ever stopping by this place.
