  Took my puppy there a year ago for the “puppy package” they have. Came back a year later for the annual exam and shots plus everything that is supposed to come with a check up. Looked like everything was rushed had to call and complain about little things like cutting nails and microchip was missed that I paid for a year ago. This place rushes you and does not complete the job you pay for. There are hundreds of vets and Sante Fe pet Hospital will never get any of my fur kids again. If they miss out of cutting nails and certain things that are supposed to be on a exam, how can I trust that any procedure would be performed professionally? 🚮 worst place I’ve been to.

  UNPROFESSIONAL & DISMISSIVE Front desk staff were nice and helpful, but unfortunately, my experience with the vet and vet tech was very disappointing. The vet tech seemed uninterested in listening to my concerns, and while reviewing my pet’s history, the vet smiles, chuckled, looked at the tech, and made remarks regarding my pet that I found very unprofessional and inappropriate. When I explained my concerns, I was repeatedly dismissed with “that’s normal.” No meaningful follow-up questions were asked, and the specific issue I came in about was not properly examined my pet was not properly assessed, even though my pet was right there. I left feeling unheard and that my concerns were not taken seriously. I paid over $100 (you’re welcome) and left without the answers or evaluation I came in for. Pet owners deserve a veterinarian who listens, takes concerns seriously, and takes the time to properly evaluate their pet.

  I honestly brought my pet here looking for answers and medical support, but unfortunately, we did not receive the help or the level of service we expected. The communication regarding my animal's care felt lacking, and I did not feel the staff was fully attentive to our situation. We left without a clear solution or the support we needed during a stressful time. I cannot recommend this clinic based on our experiences .

  I’m not taking my pet here ever again. Horrible service, and unprofessional attitudes. They don’t explain what’s being done, CORRECTLY. They want to give medicine to “help” but not treat the issue. Medicine despite the fact they stated they have no idea what’s wrong with the pet, unless you pay $800 treatment for blood tests, x-rays AND visit fee. I paid $200 just for them not to give me ANY advice, all I was told is “we don’t know what could be wrong, he needs to have more tests”. They called me AND left a voicemail, to see how he was doing and claiming he needed to be seen again. when I asked them which staff member called me they stated no one called you. I gave them the time stamp and said I can go in and show them the voicemail they denied that it was them, even though it was from the exact number I called back. I would recommend going to another vet that cares about the animals not just the finances and will at least give you advice for $200.
