  I just called to this place to make an appointment and ask few questions. And I realized my call went to philippine call Center. Very interesting and odd . So I just want to swing by in person . Will update once I found more info for this place .

  I’m very disappointed with my experience at Petco Vet Services. I booked an appointment online because my puppy needed vaccines. When I arrived, I specifically told the employee that I wasn’t sure I had scheduled the appointment correctly and that I only needed vaccines. I was told that I had scheduled correctly, so I proceeded with the appointment. The veterinarian then performed an exam, and afterward I was presented with prices that did not match what I had seen when booking the vaccine packages online. I was told that those prices were only for the vaccine clinic, not for the Petco hospital. Since I had not intended to have an exam, I explained that I only wanted to pay for the vaccines my puppy actually needed today. I recieved a free exam coupon in my email and was told I could use that to cover the exam, so I agreed to do that. However, I was then told the coupon could not be used because it had supposedly already been redeemed under my name three years ago for a pet that isn’t even mine. I explained that the pet was not mine, that this was my first time bringing my own pet to Petco, and that I had specifically told the employee I did need an exam. Unfortunately, nothing could be done, and I ended up paying for an exam that I never intended to schedule. I understand that businesses have policies, but this situation could have been avoided if I had simply been told at the beginning that the appointment I booked included an exam and what the actual cost would be. I left feeling like I was charged for a service I did not want nor need, and then was denied the coupon I was told could be used to cover it. Very frustrating experience, especially as a first-time Petco customer.

  Love this location. Drive an extra 20 minutes to come here rather than going to Temecula location. Our first time there they took five cats at once and were so kind I was blown away. I came to this location because I’ve had really negative experiences with the doctor at another location, but Dr. Welch and the staff were so kind and helpful. We did a follow up with one of the cats a couple weeks later and saw another doctor and it was again a great experience. Will be making this my regular office moving forward.

  My baby Axel had a bad ear infection, and we normally go to Not Just 4 Paws over by canyon lake. I’ve paid $400 for ONE ear there. Meaning the ear culture, exam, and the medication. Here at Vetco, I paid $100 (besides the exam fee, which is free for first time patients using their coupon!) for the SAME medication I get at my usual vet and in BOTH of his ears. The staff was so kind and helpful, and the Dr.Ransom went above and beyond to give some good advice/remedies for allergies my baby gets. He even sent over some options for deshedding tools and a good shampoo for dogs dealing with allergies. 10/10, will continue to bring my baby here!

  I had a wonderful experience at Vetco! The entire staff was kind, professional, and genuinely caring from the moment we arrived. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure my pet was comfortable throughout the visit. The level of care my pet received was amazing, and it was clear that everyone truly cares about the animals they treat. I left feeling confident that my pet was in great hands. I highly recommend Vetco to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality veterinary care. Thank you for such an excellent experience!
