  So nice and kind. Thank you all for making my first experience with my new pet such a breeze! Thanks for understanding my situation and giving me the choices based on my economic stage I'm in. I felt the care and the love.

  TJ was absolutely amazing with my dog, Dolly! Dolly was very nervous during her ear examination, but TJ and Dr. Welch handled the situation with so much patience, care, and professionalism. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and truly went above and beyond to make sure both Dolly and I were comfortable. You can tell that she cares about the animals she works with. I’m so grateful for the wonderful care she provided and would highly recommend!

  Horrible the most horrible veterinary experience I've ever had The assistant was scared of my dog. Who has never growled bitten, or been aggressive in his life towards anybody she passed me the instruments to check his temperature and was scared to check his heartbeat. Because he wanted to inspect the stethoscope before she touched him. I explained this to her. He is curious, he just wants to see what you have my dog is very trained and was showing no signs of aggression in any way. However, she proceeded to be very nervous and anxious, which was definitely starting to be picked i told her you are going to create anxiety with the dog. If you can't calm yourself down, she left, brought the veteran here comes this big guy who is scared of my dog. As well, who is showing no signs of aggression? Once again? Sitting there very calm, just curious on what they're doing. Who they are the exam was very lacklustered, as there was so much fear and anxiety towards my pet, who is a support animal one of the issues on his paw was not even addressed i was quickly given a prescription for allergy medication, and charged a seven dollar disposal fee for q tips quoted, a thousand dollars for recommended treatments that I did not even need or ask about i would not recommend menifee vetco to anyone will never go back

  Very grateful for the compassionate care and understanding shown toward my reactive dog, Lobo. ❤️ A special shoutout to Yvonne and Dr. Welch. Lobo was in pain and uncomfortable, so he definitely had to let Dr. Welch know about it. 😂 They handled him with patience, compassion, and teamwork. Awesome team! Thank you for taking such good care of my boy. 🐾❤️ thank you to the front desk Summer and all the techs that were managing the very busy days we were there.
