  The cashier didn’t seem to like her job as she threw the item I was returning against the wall behind her and rolled her eyes (I was returning an item I purchased from the Internet —Piggie Puffs — which this store didn’t carry so I am assuming it would be hard to return). She also gave me a Pack of 2 vials of Advantage2 flea medicine and I guess I had paid for 6 SIX vials! I went back yesterday to buy 2 more vials for my dogs and discovered I paid for SIX Vials of flea meds instead of the 2 Vials I was given (all of the flea meds are kept upfront in a glass case that is locked) When I first spoke with the Manager (the older lady who is thin, fairly tall w white hair, I do not believe she had on a name tag) regarding the 4 vials I was owed, she asked me for the package (the receipt is on the app) and I told the manager with no name tag & grey hair that I only have 2 dogs why would I keep the package since I only have 2 dogs and I used both of them ie., 1 for each dog so I asked her why would I have kept the box; I just now found out I paid for 6 and NOT 2. She was VERY SNARKY and said well if I did that (gave me the 4 vials I already paid for), it would be the “honor system”. Mind you my purchase was on July 1st, 2026 and why I had come back—to buy more flea meds because one of my dogs was especially itchy. Why would I do this if I hadn’t used both of my vials of flea meds?!?! I just found out yesterday that I actually purchased SIX vials!! I can’t believe how much Customer Service has degraded in the US since COVID! I come from a Sales & Customer Service background and I NEVER would have been allowed to talk to a customer the way she did. Please have someone contact me ASAP so I can treat my dogs and so they can STOP itching!! TIA to whoever reads this!! btw the picture is of my 2 Dachshunds. I have been an owner of Dachshunds since 1997 (the year Princess Diana died and how I remember the year I adopted my 1st Dachshund!)

  Had a pleasant experience today picking up my order. Went fast. She was friendly. 👍

  Friendly staff. Only marking 4 stars instead of 5 because there were probably 3 or 4 wet dog pee spots around the store (which I fully expect the owners to wipe that up after their dogs!)

  I just want to give a shout out to Haley in the fish department. It was my daughter’s first trip to get a pet and Haley was very helpful. She was knowledgeable of the fish and you could tell that she cared that they were going into the right environment. She also spoke very kindly to my daughter and made the experience special for her. Thank you!
