  the store is not properly organized, barely any room to walk at the back of the store by the cat food. racks have been on the floor for over a year which is a safety hazard. store does not appear to be clean and cashier could not answer or questions or properly looked up our members number. almost lost out on $30 because employee did not know how to access our card.

  8:10 pm employee at the register, door closed came in for last minute aquarium items 20 min to spare before closing i didnt think i would run into this last thing you need to happen when something fails in your aquarium and you need replacement items if iam wrong my apologies if not please correct the store hours on Google

  Me and my husband bought a guinea pig recently and returned him the same day couple hours later because he seemed sick. They have a 14- day policy to take him for vet services for free. Instead of complaining we wanted him to get the care and took him because we still wanted him.husband was on the phone with a guy and said sure bring him in we’ll check him out ! Cool. Now I’m upset at how the two ladies handled it in the front desk ! One being a cashier and the other a manager. We get there in the afternoon and a female/cashier with blonde hair checks him out I’m telling her that he has white mucus, sneezing, hiding a lot, and has a bald spot she clarifies that bald spot is natural and being dismissive with the other details given saying he looks fine to me ! She then calls her manager with red hair; as she’s coming and handing her the guinea pig the cashier is telling her idk he looks fine to me; already trying to convince manager and disregarding MY concern. Manager takes him out the box stating he also looks okay I’m telling her that he’s NOT so she goes to her manager and gives us two options that we wait 30 days then come back to be seen by a vet ( outside of the 14 days free vet care) OR leave him with them to get seen but get refunded and called later. She recommended that we take him since moving him around is stressful enough and to wait till vet is there . I almost fell for that but because we care we’re gonna leave him to get seen ASAP. It’s like they were trying really hard for it to not get seen and were dismissive of his health and not really taking in what I saw that frustrated me !!! Not only that she accepts that we leave him at the end, and says yeah we have been having problems with this one…. GURL are you guys fr? like are they trained to not take animals back ??? Respectfully Im not taking VET ADVICE from a cashier and a store manager. They saw him for 10 seconds, I was with him for 6-7 hours and saw and read how the guinea pig was acting and feeling. I have animals myself and know when something is WRONG. All they did was keep prolonging the situation instead of going straight to the SOLUTION and making things quick. They made us feel like we were back to abandon him and that he looked “fine” I didn’t ask for yall Petco employees to give me VET advice. I wanted the trained, certified with degrees VET that was part of the 14- day policy to see the guinea pig. All they did was try to gaslight us. We just wanted it to get seen by a vet and get care so we can go back home with him. It’s also not fair getting a sick guinea pig then having to deal with that, we were so excited for a new pet. Update: We got a call stating that we could pick him up and he asked if anything was wrong with the guinea pig they said No, but we gave him antibiotics for a week and that he’s fine to go. Why would you give antibiotics for nothing ? We searched it up and it said given only if there was something wrong. I told my husband we will not be picking him up only because they have been secretive and lying ! It’s all been an Unprofessional experience.

  We were in the store at 8:10pm waiting to be helped with fish. No one ever came over to help us. Then at 8:20, someone spoke over the speaker that that they are closing at 8:30. Shortly there after, Megan came over to the tanks, didn't offer any help, turned off all the lights to the tanks while slamming each one after the lights went off. As someone who has a ton of fish, this is not how they should be treated. No wonder all the fish look stressed. My daughter proceeded to follow Megan to get help, she turned around and rudely said "fish is closed" The girl at the front counter said that the assistant managers name is Rebecca and the one who rudely walked away and turned off the tanks name is Megan. Which hopefully this is correct. I hope management can teach the team some customer service. If Megan doesn't enjoy working there. She should go elsewhere as someone with customer service skills would love to have a job like this and would treat customers with kindness.

  Went to the self dogwash today and I thought like all the others that I would pay at the cashier she first rudely commented on the fact that my mom grabbed a tub already but those things usually fill up real quick.than she had to tell me that I don’t pay there and that it is over at the grooming place. She pretty much was calling me stupid without saying it. Than when I went to pay there the groomer went to check on them and yelled at my mom for grabbing it. I was paying for both of us so it wasn’t like we were trying to get something free. Then she has a nerve to yell at me. I pointed out to her that it was our first in this location that they do it differently in the locations further south and than pointed out to her that she shouldn’t assume that we were stupid. We were just trying to be smart on these things.
