  The vet was great, very informative and knowledgeable. Really cared about my babies as did his assistant and the front clerk. I love Petco.

  Jared and Vanessa are the absolute best at what they do. We recently purchased a 10 gallon fish tank from the store and would have completely ruined everything if it wasn't for these two employees. Our fish would have likely not made it past a week or two since we had little to no knowledge of how everything worked. Now we look like experts with our whole custom tank with live plants and all. This new addition to our house will bring joy and happiness to each day and we only have Vanessa and Jared to thank for it. If you have any questions or need anything fish related they will definitely take care of you.

  Visited on May 3, 2026, between 9–10 AM and had a disappointing experience at checkout. I used three BOGO coupons for cat food, so my total should have been around $50–$60, but I was charged $96 instead. I’m not sure if it was a mistake or if the coupons weren’t applied correctly, but I would appreciate more attention to accuracy at checkout.

  I went to local Petco on Haun in Menifee to buy dog food and canned pumpkin. It was nice to see that the canned pumpkin was in stock.

  I have been going to Petco on haun rd to get my hills prescription for my dogs since Sept 2025 and also where I took the prescription and received the card. No problems. I was at register where a new employee was and gave her my card when Lisa who says she is manager and denied my purchase after she stopped the employee to ask what size shirt she needed and then zero'ed in on me. She told me the card was not what I had but I had been going there since Sept to buy. She then told me I had to go get a new prescription from my vet and was not nice about it. Petco can look up my history and see they have been giving me the hills prescription dy kd. Lisa has no business being anyone's manager. I'm a senior manager for customer service and she could not pass the test with me. I've emailed corporate and made a complaint. Petco clinic gave me the card and I had prescription but she refused to look at it. Not happy with service.
