- LBLisa BurdenJul 24, 20261.0This clinic is awful now. The front desk staff is the absolute worst. Can’t answer simple questions, no empathy what so ever. They act inconvenienced and the turn over is exhausting. Their 4.1 rating is accurate. Many other clinics are so much better!
- KPKelly PantaleoniJun 25, 20261.0Do not bring your pet here – I wish I had paid attention to the other reviews warning me, before I took my cat there and she died due to their negligence. After some health concerns and bringing my kitty in, I was emailing and calling them for weeks with very little response and got so frustrated I gave up. By the time they finally responded via text message, it was too late, and she died in their office when they drew her blood. If they had responded in a timely manner and helped me understand the best course of action, I would’ve taken her in earlier and this never would’ve happened. I am so upset and regret ever going in to Shane Vets.

I can not recommend this clinic enough! They were kind, wise, loving, generous and such a blessing!! Please take your pet there and have full confidence that they will take the best care absolutely possible of your animal! Our kids are SOOO happy that their Lucy girl is coming home and it is only due to this AMAZING clinic! Thank you Dr Testa and Shane Veterinary!!
