- JWjianjian willardApr 18, 20261.0My boyfriend drove all the way to Manteca for an appointment he booked for the weekend but was turned away last minute because he did not have the documents for Sundance for a heart murmur. He was only informed to have the vaccination records. We understand liability but not being informed of this prior to the appointment is a big inconvenience especially since the vet isn’t open on the weekends to retrieve the records they wanted but did not let us know till answering the questionnaire. For a well established company you would think they would have a better system in notifying owners. Just be sure to have all the documentation for all the medical for your dog because they won’t tell until it comes to the appointment !!!
