This location has one of the best dog groomers I have ever had, if not the best — Kaitlyn. My wife and I have two Australian Shepherds, and anyone familiar with the breed knows their coats require a lot of finesse. If they are groomed incorrectly, they can look terrible very quickly. To make it even more challenging, our two Aussies have completely different coats — one has more of a “working” coat and the other a fuller “show” coat — so they really require two very different approaches. They also need regular de-shedding, especially with the heat. When we moved to the area, I had a lot of reservations about finding a groomer I could trust with them. I feel incredibly blessed that we found Kaitlyn. She is fantastic — literally a cut above the rest. She is thoughtful, informative, collaborative, patient, and genuinely caring with both the dogs and their owners. She listens to what we want, understands the differences in each of our dogs’ coats, and consistently sends them home looking exactly how Australian Shepherds should look. We have had several groomers over the years, and Kaitlyn is without question the best we have had, especially for our two Aussies. It is rare to find someone with this level of skill, attention to detail, and genuine care. If you have an Australian Shepherd, a double-coated breed, or simply want someone you can completely trust with your dog, I could not recommend Kaitlyn more highly. Five stars without hesitation.

I'm finding that my yearly membership isn't saving as much as I'd expect. The coupons I receive via mail and email cannot be used in combination with my membership. Next year, I'll likely cancel and just use coupons...

We take our chug here for nail trims. 100 times better than the vet on both cost and how much she likes it.
